Our legal guardianship services have included working with elder law attorneys to accept 42 legal guardianship appointments through the Pennsylvania Court system.
We can monitor, manage, and coordinate care for the incapacitated individual, relieving the stress and pressure that is often put on the guardian.
Ms. Andrea Seewald, President of The Care Registry and Senior Care Consultants, is a Registered Legal Guardian with the National Guardianship Foundation.
As a Registered Legal Guardian with 42 court appointments over the past 19 years, Ms. Seewald can assist you with the following:
- Accept specialized appointments to become a guardian.
- Work closely with professionals and/or family members who are involved.
- Assist family members or others who have been appointed as guardians, in a care management role.
- Assist with capacity determinations.
